Question:

What is the gauge pressure of at a point that is 18 meters below the surface of water that has an atmospheric pressure of 14.7 PSIA?

All you need is:

P = pgh

p= 1000 kg/m^3
g = 9.81 m/s^2
h = 18 meters

14.7 psi is extra information.

= 177,120 pa
